Odysseum, Cologne
In the Odysseum science center in Cologne, which opened in April 2009, you can explore all you need to know from the emergence of the earth to the future of our world - at about 200 hands-on experience stations on 5,000 square metres of exhibition space.
Man in Slices
The medicine themed room features an installation with a larger than life figure. Removing one of its slices will give an anatomically realistic representation of the cut.
Using screen applications, animations and films, other exhibits invite the visitors to calculate their body mass index, take their blood pressure or test their reflexes - and thus give them a better understanding of their bodies.
